I turn engineering data into decisions for executives...
Former AWS Enterprise Technical Account Manager. Real-time data and telemetry person since I wrote my first sonar visualizer in 2018. Ready for a team where uptime and milliseconds both matter.
$2.7Mnew annual contract value as an AWS Enterprise TAM
94%retention across 10+ enterprise accounts

The lap so far
Seven sectors, one racing line: find the signal in the data, then get it to the people who have to act on it. Swipe or use the arrows.
S1 · 2011–2013Delhi
A Himalayan plant vs. a stubborn parasite
Tested extracts of Rubus ellipticus against Giardia, the parasite behind giardiasis. Bronze at India's IRIS national science fair in 2011, then gold and the Grand Award in 2013.
Best of Category and First Award in Animal Sciences, out of more than 1,700 finalists from 70+ countries. MIT Lincoln Laboratory later named minor planet 31400 Dakshdua after me.
The Intel Foundation China award took me to Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai and to China's national youth science contest.

Computer science, business and live sensor data
BSc in Computer Science and Business at Saint Mary's. At Jetasonic I built C++/Qt software that turns real-time sonar into 3D seafloor maps. First place at NASA Space Apps Halifax and at Dalhousie's neuro hackathon.

The call when it can't fail
Enterprise Technical Account Manager at AWS: $2.7M in new ACV, 94% retention, war-room monitoring for a provincial election, and an Outstanding Performance Award in my first 10 months.
S6 · 2025–nowCalgary
Cars, fleets and the numbers behind them
Automotive and mobility: dealership sales at AutoCanada, then mobility solutions at Enterprise, where fleet data turns into pricing and utilization calls every day.

The pit wall
Telemetry, trackside operations and race strategy, or the TAM seat at a company that builds those tools. I'm building a motorsport data portfolio on GitHub right now.
What I bring to your team
Three roles I'm going after, and the work that already proves I can do them.
Race & telemetry engineering
Real-time data, made readable
Built a C++/Qt pipeline that renders live sonar signals as interactive 3D maps for autonomous vessels
Won a neuro hackathon with a Python app that reads EEG theta waves and wakes a drowsy driver
Watched live dashboards in the AWS war room during a provincial election
Log my own car with OBD-II before and after every modification
Technical account management
The calm owner of critical accounts
$2.7M in new ACV and 94% retention across 10+ enterprise accounts at AWS
Escalation lead for business-critical incidents, with root-cause reviews for executives
Built an onboarding playbook that cut enterprise onboarding from 45 to 32 days
Outstanding Performance Award within my first 10 months
Data & AI solutions
From raw data to a decision someone can make
Python scraping and TensorFlow models as an ML research assistant at the Sobey School of Business
Matched a sports-analytics customer with a beta AWS data-sharing service, adding $100K in recurring revenue
Well-Architected and cost-optimization reviews that supported 21% year-over-year account growth
Pricing and utilization dashboards in Amazon QuickSight
Field notes from AWS
Election night, 2022
Provincial election infrastructure running on AWS, where downtime was not an option.
Joined the war room, set up monitoring and watched every metric until the polls closed. Stable from open to close.
Sports-analytics SaaS
The customer needed to share data with its own clients, and nothing off the shelf did it.
Found a beta AWS data-sharing service, brought in the product team and set up rollback and escalation paths. +$100K recurring revenue.
Food-delivery merger
Legal needed privacy compliance; engineering needed three more months for the migration.
Ran a RACI with legal, product and engineering, then a phased rollout: regulated data first. Finished three weeks early, zero compliance violations.

31400
There's a rock in the asteroid belt with my name on it.
Minor planet 31400 Dakshdua was discovered by MIT Lincoln Laboratory's LINEAR survey and named through its Ceres Connection program, which honours young scientists. The International Astronomical Union approved the name after Intel ISEF 2014. And 31400 is 3.14 × 10⁴. I've decided to take that personally.
My goal is simple: keep everyone around me happy and in abundance, and put in the work to make it happen.
Born in Delhi, raised on science fairs, educated in Halifax and sharpened at AWS. I think fast, I'm always buzzing with ideas, and I look for the bright side, which turns out to be useful on a 2 a.m. incident call.
I'm spiritual, I love big open farmland, and I'm happiest building things with my hands, from apps to businesses to a garage project that never quite ends.
